'SOS Save Our Sports' was Winchester SALT's long-term fundraising project to secure a sustainable legacy from the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics for Winchester, in the form of new sports facilities.

We developed community proposals for new facilities through our 'Winchester Fit for the Future' project and our fundraising began with our '2012 hours' initiative. Our fundraising campaign for 2015 onwards was called 'SOS Save Our Sports'. However, we are no longer actively fundraising, having passed the mantle for co-ordination of Winchester's community sports sector and its work to secure new facilities to Sport Winchester.
